Delivery times - We aim to despatch goods immediately if the item is in stock.

Customers will be notified of out of stock goods with expected delivery times.

Postage and Packing:

Delivery and handling is free on all orders over £50.00
For all other items, post and packing will be charged at £3.95

Kitchen Trolleys

• T & G Trolleys (if in stock) will be delivered within 5 to 7 days. Customers will be contacted by the carrier for delivery instructions.

• Eddingtons Trolleys will be delivered within 28 days. Customers will be contacted by the carrier for delivery instructions.

• Legnoart Trolleys are hand made to order in Italy, therefore delivery can be up to six weeks. Again contact will be made for delivery instructions.

USA

We regret we are unable to ship to the USA at present due to insurance technicalities.

Returns Policy

Breakages or deficiencies should be notified to us within 24hours of delivery.

Please contact us by telephone on 01935 477223 or email returns@kitchenmate.co.uk to arrange for the items to be collected for inspection. The postage (max £15) will be refunded upon confirmation that the fault is ours.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach Kitchen Mate.
